Karen Dudley-Culbreath is a Human Resource Executive with over 25 years of experience. Upon leaving corporate America, she started HR Concierge Consulting, LLC. Karen is global HR professional who is passionate about partnering on strategies to align people, processes, and policies to exceed organizational goals. She enjoys consulting with start-ups, transforming and mature companies as well as coaching individual leaders. During its first year, HR Concierge Consulting, LLC grew to become an international partner supporting RARE, a Microsoft company in the UK. On-shore Karen continues to build a brand for being a value-added service provider for transforming organizations such as Thermo Fisher Scientific and Walmart. Karen teaches Global Communications and Leading Diverse Organizations courses in the Mini-MBA program at Clemson Center for Corporate Learning. She was also an annual guest lecturer at Indiana University, School of Business and Economics.
Karen holds a Master of Business Administration from Thomas More College in Crestview Hills, KY. She attended Miami University (Oxford, OH) and the University of Cincinnati for her undergraduate years. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB). Karen is a member of many prominent organizations including the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Greenville Society of Human Resource Management (G-SHRM). Karen was the Diversity in Commerce, Chairperson at the Commerce Club in Greenville, SC.
Karen’s passion for developing professionals and delivering efficiencies to corporations has not gone unnoticed. She was nominated for the 2020 HR Professional of the Year by the Greenville Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management (G-SHRM).
Karen enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and reading. She is married with one daughter and two grandsons.
