You've heard of BBQ Becky?  Permit Patty?  Cornerstore Caroline?  Golfcart Gail?  These are just a few of the headlines we saw in 2018 when white women were calling 911 to report "suspicious" behavior of Black people.  And in each incident, the "suspicious" people were simply engaging in proper behavior for the situation in which they were.  This bill seeks to add measures that would allow for a fine, imprisonment or both for these harrassing phone calls to 911.
