This bill grants full legal rights to fetuses starting at fertilization. A person’s decision to have an abortion can be prosecuted as a homicide. There is a vauge exception to save the life of the pregnant person.
We oppose this bill because abortions are healthcare. The decision to give birth must be left to a person, their family, and their doctor.
