The bill bans all abortions with narrow exceptions for survivors of sexual violence, fatal fetal anomalies, and conditions that threaten the life of the pregnant person.
We oppose this bill because access to abortion is healthcare and narrow, onerous, unnavigable exceptions will chill our medical professionals’ ability to provide the best care possible to their patients.
