Know Where the Candidates Stand

Our rights are on the ballot at the state level.

Every seat in the South Carolina House of Representatives is up for election in November 2026.

Research your candidates' stances on topics including reproductive rights, immigrants’ rights, voting rights, and more. As a reminder, the ACLU of South Carolina does not endorse or oppose candidates. We want voters to make an informed decision about the candidates they elect.

You can find more information about local and state candidates' stances via the League of Women Voters' Vote411 website and Responsible Action's South Carolina Voter Guide.
