Forbidding Housing Discrimination (H. 3336)

This bill would make it illegal to refuse to sell or rent housing to someone based on their handicap, disability, or source of income

We support this bill because: South Carolina should do everything in its power to protect the rights of tenants. This is true all of the time, but especially in the midst of a housing and eviction crisis.
