Stop the Six-Week Ban

The House of Representatives has passed S. 474, a six-week abortion ban. Even though the Senate passed a similar bill back in February, there is still a chance that we can stop this bill in its tracks. Since then, several Senators broke from their party and voted against a near-total abortion ban last month, causing the bill to fail.

Once again, there are a handful of Senators whose votes will determine if the six-week ban passes or fails. Click here to be connected to the office of a Senator whose vote is pivotal and urge them to vote no on S. 474, the six-week ban. Once you're connected, saying something like this will help you make your point:

"Hi, my name is (first and last name), and I am a South Carolinian who believes abortion should remain safe and legal. The decision to have an abortion should be made by a patient and their doctor. I'm calling today to urge you to vote no on S. 474, the six-week abortion ban. Thank you."
