Multifamily Dwellings (S. 116)

This bill would set new standards for safety in multifamily dwellings, including apartment buildings, dormitories, hotels, and vacation timeshares. Among other things, it would create safety standards for balconies and authorize the S.C. Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation to send inspectors to multifamily dwelling units.
