This bill would exempt baby formula, baby food, and baby clothes for infants and children under thirty-six months from sales tax.

This bill would allow a person to apply to have a civil eviction expunged. The judge must grant the expungement if the person has had no additional evictions for at least five years since the last eviction.

This bill states that if any entity hires or employs a person in the United States with an H-1B or Optional Practical Training (OPT) visa, it would not be able receive any state economic development incentives such as job or employee tax credits, general business tax credits, infrastructure tax credits, property rehabilitation and housing credits, or conservation credits.

This bill would require the Board of Trustees of the Greenville County School District to be elected in partisan elections beginning with the 2026 election.

Under this bill, the S.C. Department of Motor Vehicles would not be allowed to issue or renew the driver’s license of a person who cannot show proficiency in reading and understanding English.

This bill would create a mandatory minimum prison sentence of five years for a person convicted of attempted murder.

This bill would discriminate against transgender students in South Carolina public schools and universities by requiring them to use restrooms and changing facilities that do not match their gender.

This bill would allow parents to exempt their children from any classroom instruction in a public school if it conflicts with their “beliefs or practices regarding sex, morality, or religion.” It would also forbid classroom discussions of "gender roles or stereotypes, gender identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation” unless a teacher gives parents five days' advance notice and receives affirmative consent from the parents.

This bill would require every law enforcement agency that operates a correctional facility to enter a written collaboration agreement with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) through its 287(g) program.
